You can turn your exotic engrams into any exotic you want but it’s REALLY expensive. 60,000 glimmer, 3 ascendant shards, and an exotic cipher. You would think with this HUGE price tag, you would get something good, but in reality, the exotic armor pieces you get are nothing special.
