Hiking the 360 or Pennybacker Bridge Overlook Trail is steep but the views it provides is well worth it. In a little over five minutes (with multiple stops) we reached the top of the overlook. My suggestion is going early in the morning on weekdays if you can, it tends to get way busier in the afternoons and on the weekends.
