Jonny heads to London-based Belgian-inspired brewery Solvay Society to brew an homage to one of his favourite beers - Straffe Hendrik Wild.

At this lovely little farm brewery we make a small batch of brett tripel and will be having a WET & WILD party in January where you can taste it. Details soon!
