The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) has published the Guidelines on Price Transparency. These Guidelines provide greater clarity to suppliers on certain pricing practices which potentially infringe the CPFTA. The Guidelines will come into effect on 1 November 2020 and will apply to all suppliers, whether operating online or in physical stores.
