This is my Full Day of Eating Diet Plan for Weight Loss, which is a Budget Friendly High Protein Indian Diet, which helped me in my Fat loss transformation. After my Dirty Bulk during the Lockdown, I was at 83 kg bodyweight where I thought I came too far but then slowly with a 300 kcal Calorie Deficit which really pushed me in my Journey. Now I'm at 63 kg bodyweight with least amount of fat on my body and pretty decent muscle mass.

60gm Oats
200ml Milk
1 Banana
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
1 Tbsp Coffee
Calories: 590 kcal, Carbs: 80g, Fats: 14g, Protein: 40g
Meal 2:
250gm White Rice
150 Chicken Breast
Calories: 597 kcal, Carbs: 72g, Fats: 7g, Protein: 56g
Meal 3:
1 Banana
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
Calories: 236 kcal, Carbs: 30g, Fats: 2g, Protein: 26g
Meal 4:
80gm Paneer
2 Roti
Calories: 590 kcal, Carbs: 34g, Fats: 35g, Protein: 28g
TOTAL MACROS-
Calories: 2,013 kcal
Carbs: 216g
Fats: 58g
Protein: 150g
