If you manage to handle the early game successfully, the rest of the mission is quite easy, as the entire enemy's offensive capability depends on a single building.
The positioning of your buildings and initial troops is crucial as soon as the mission starts, as there is a big wave of British Fusiliers incoming and you need to protect your scarce resources and Peasants.
Allied traders will offer to buy some of your most plentiful resource in exchange for one that you are low on. Make sure you don't trade in your Food this early or starvation will come swiftly. For this reason, stockpiling wood while your corn grows is a good idea.
Once the early attack is beaten, you can venture out and build a shipyard so you can build a Caravel. This will be your most important asset for the whole mission, as it only needs to fire a single shot at an enemy building to guarantee it burning down. Use it to attack the British Fort and you won't have to worry about enemy attacks for the rest of the mission. The remainder of the British base can be dealt with however you see fit.
The map has a few details you can check up if you feel like exploring it, such as Delaware Chiefs in the north that award Gold when killed. Across the river, there are Trading Posts that can be captured, guarded extra mining sites, and a Delaware Barracks that will boost your Fusiliers upon captured.
