So! I made my very tasty steak hotpot / pot roast for tonight’s tea! A real winter warmer for these christmas time cold nights! It’s very simple and so easy to prepare for the family. It will also keep for at least 3 days if chilled in your fridge so this will last you until it’s all gone! This melt in the mouth recipe is so convenient and can also be done in a slow cooker Just set it as you set off for work and it will be absolutely perfect for when you return home for dinner!

This same recipe can be used with minced beef or minced lamb as a quicker alternative to the stewing steak. Especially if you are travelling and dont want to use up all of your gas supply!

You can also pop this into some small sealable food tubs and freeze it for heating up at a later date!
