A Los Angeles judge sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 120 days in jail Friday for violating her probation.
Lohan's attorney, Shawn Holley, said she will appeal the ruling, which will allow the actress to post the $75-thousand dollar bail.
The "Mean Girls" star was also ordered to serve more than 400 hours of community service, including 300 hours at a women's center.
This will be Lohan's fourth stint in jail.
The 24-year-old actress was in court for a preliminary hearing on the evidence against her in a theft case.
She is accused of stealing a necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store.
The ruling came after the judge reduced that grand theft case down to a misdemeanor.
Lohan entered a not guilty plea.
She is on probation for a 2007 drunk driving conviction.
