Thai Chili Crab - Chili crab, is a popular dish in Singapore and Malaysia. But, please note this chili crab is not the exact Singapore -style chili crab recipe, made using sauces. I am bringing an Indian touch to the recipe by adding masalas along with Thai chili. To thicken the gravy cooking cream is been used instead of corn starch. Also, some extra ingredients for flavoring. If you find the recipe interesting do try it out and leave your comments.

Ingredients
Blue Crab - 1 kg
Thai Chili - 4
Shallots - 15 big
Garlic - 10 cloves big
Curry Leaves - 5 to 6
Crushed Pepper - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt
Tomato puree - 2
Cooking cream - 2 tsp (KDD Thick Cream)
Vinegar- 1 tsp
egg- 1
spring onions- green part
Coriander Leaves - to garnish
canola oil- 3 tbsp
chicken stock - 2 cups (Maggi Bouillon Cube 1, for 2 cups)
