Street Food extravaganza on a rainy night in Hong Kong's Temple Street Night Market.
British couple Jack and Paige take on Hong Kong nightlife food scene as they try food from all over the world in the cultural melting pot that is HK. Starting traditionally with a Hong Kong local snack Cheung Fun, steamed rice noodles with hoisin sauce, peanut sauce, soy sauce, and XO sauce on top, a pretty tasty dish but we continue on our mission to find the famous Sweet and sour dish Hong Kong is known best for. Not long later we find what we are after, and enjoy a familiar feeling of what a British Chinese takeaway is like, crispy sticky chicken with salt and chilli wings. Next on the agenda, we find a stall selling Chinese Pizza, which may surprise you. Hong Kong is a melting pot of cultures and we stumble across a Pakistani man selling some familiar foods for our last season. We enjoy a heartwarming Chai, Chapli Kebab and pakora whilst enjoying a dance with the vendor. We couldn't leave Hong Kong without trying some seafood so we get spicy Octopus tentacles and finally end of some Dimsum and get steamed Chickens feet.
