Must kill Shira after defeating Gael in the ruins on the hill. After defeating her, head back to the door where you spoke to her before (the stairs prior to the swamp) and it will be open. The set is on a corpse in the room.
Best way is to warp to the Ringed City Streets Bonfire and run up the stairs on your left. Follow that all the way up to where you found Shira talking through the doors. The doors should be open and the armor set will be located in the middle. #PrimeraEspada91 #DarkSouls3 #TheRingedCity
