A 500 Ton/Hour Capacity Stationary Crushing, Screening, Washing, and Dewatering Plant designed for carrying out the crushing, screening, washing, and dewatering processes of river stone material has been commissioned. The stationary crushing and screening plant, which derives its crushing power from the CC-300 Cone Crusher and VSI-900 Vertical Shaft Crusher, consists of 3 vibrating horizontal washing screens, 2 dewatering screens, crusher feeding hoppers, a bi-directional feeding bunker, and stock belts.
Stationary Crushing, Screening, Washing and Dewatering Plant provides a clean final product for the crushed products thanks to special washing systems. In this way, the quality of the aggregate produced increases
Stationary Crushing, Screening, Washing, and Dewatering Plant Equipments:
• 55 m³ Capacity Bi-Directional Feeding and Stock Bunker: It sends the products loaded on the bi-directional feeding and stock bunker to the stock area or to the crushing, screening, washing facility upon request. Moving stock belt is used to send the products to the stock area.
• Cone Crusher Feeding Hopper: The 20 m³ capacity hopper is located above the cone crusher. The crusher hopper is fed by stock belts. Its vibrating structure transfers products to the cone crusher.
• CC-300 Cone Crusher: Cone crushers are designed to crush hard and abrasive materials such as granite, basalt, and andesite from rivers and quarries. Thanks to its long-lasting wear parts, spare parts consumption is low.
• Vertical Shaft Crusher Feeding Hopper: The 20 m³ capacity hopper is positioned above the vertical shaft crusher. The crusher hopper is fed by stock belts. Its vibrating structure transfers products to the vertical shaft crusher.
• Vertical Shaft Crusher: The Vertical Shaft Crusher is designed to turn moderately hard production materials into sand and gravel. The crushing process takes place through a high-speed rotating rotor, which throws the stones in the crushing chamber against the lining. The protective linings inside protect the crusher body against wear and tear over time.
• Polyurethane Horizontal Vibrating Washing Screen: The Polyurethane Vibrating Screen in the 500 T/H stationary crushing and screening plant is responsible for separating, washing, and directing products crushed by the FABO Cone Rrusher and Vertical Shaft Crusher to the stock belts.
• Dewatering Screen: Dewatering screen is the name given to the equipment that increases the quality of the sand processed in crushing and screening facilities by purifying it from water after washing it. The main function of the dewatering screen is to ensure that the washed sand is cleaned and dried in a short time.
• Control Cabin: This is the section where the stationary crushing and screening plant is operated and the movement of stock belts is managed. All these processes are carried out within a cabin using the automation system developed by FABO Engineers. The automation system offers the most up-to-date state of technology and is prepared with PLC.

Kırma gücünü CC-300 Konik Kırıcı ve VSI-900 Dik Milli Kırıcıdan alan sabit kırma eleme tesisi 3 adet titreşimli yıkamalı yatay elek, 2 adet susuzlandırma eleği, kırıcı besleme bunkerleri, çift yönlü besleme bunkeri ve stok bantlarından oluşmaktadır.
Sabit Kırma Eleme Yıkama Suzulandırma tesisi kırılan ürünleri özel yıkama sistemleri sayesinde temiz bir final ürünü elde edilmesini sağlar. Bu sayede üretilen agreganın kalitesi artar.
