3 jajka
250g mascarpone
150g biała czekolada
150g śmietana 30%
1 łyżka cukier puder
150g ciastka Savoiardi
250g mleko 3.2%
150g owoce leśne
Świeża mięta do dekoracji

-Jak to zrobić:
Rozdzielić żółtko od białka. Rozpuścić biała czekoladę w rondelku na małym ogniu.
Ubić na sztywno śmietanę razem z cukrem pudrem i odłożyć do lodowki.
Ubić żółtka z białą czekolada. Ubić białko z jajek na sztywno.
Połączyć masa z żółtek z bitą śmietana mieszając delikatnie z dołu do góry. Dodać potem ubite białka i tez mieszać delikatnie z dołu góry.
Moczyć ciastka savoiardi w mleku i położyć je w formie jako spod.
Nałożyć na to polowe kremowej masy, trochę owoców leśnych i zrobić drugą warstwę ciastek moczonych w mleku. Położyć druga polowe kremu, posypać owocami leśnymi, udekorować listkami mięty i odstawić do lodowki na 2 godizny.

-How to make it:
Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Melt the white chocolate in a small pot over low heat.
Whip the heavy cream together with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and refrigerate.
Whip the egg yolks with the melted white chocolate, vanilla extract and liquor. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently mix the whipped cream mixture with the egg yolks mixture from the bottom to the top. Then, add the whipped egg whites and also mix gently from the bottom to the top.
Soak the Savoiardi biscuits in milk and place them as the base in a baking dish.
Spread half of the creamy mixture over the biscuits, add some forest fruits, and create another layer of soaked biscuits. Place the other half of the cream on top, sprinkle with forest fruits, decorate with minut leaves and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
