In this video, I’m sharing why I decided to delete the YouTube Studio app and how obsessing over analytics was negatively impacting my mental health. It’s so easy to get caught up in refreshing the app, checking views, likes, and comments multiple times a day, but that can slow down your progress as a creator. I realized I was losing focus on what really matters: creating valuable, quality content.
If you’re a YouTube creator who feels like you’re stuck constantly refreshing analytics, trust me, it’s time to step back. Deleting the app doesn’t have to be permanent, but giving yourself a break is essential for your mental well-being and overall channel growth.
