So the best way to know if you've found a great place to work is to speak to former employees. Not only will former employees give you a perspective on how this "great place to work" treats employees through the whole lifecycle of employment, but talking to former employees will also let you know how well the company keeps in touch with its people in after they've graduated...which is a clear sign that the company is focused on developing its people.
