Tamarind pulp- 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
water

For Dahi Vada Decoration :
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Cumin powder
Salt
Chat masala
Green chutney
Tamarind chutney
Red chilli
