In this video I’m canning a pumpkin so I can replace the store bought canned pumpkin purée in all of these pie recipes and even in a simple pumpkin spice latte.

Ingredients:
(For the pumpkin spice)
-1 tablespoon powdered ginger
-2 tablespoons cinnamon
-1 teaspoon all spice
-maple granules/or brown sugar to taste

-sugar pie pumpkin (don’t use those big carving pumpkins, they don’t taste good)
