I have Many Thoughts about this OST but I'll be brief since my exam is in 2 days :^) thank you hoyo for dropping this today instead of tomorrow since that's what happened with Itto last year and it was not fun :^)

[TIMESTAMPS BASED ON THE ORIGINAL PV! NOT OUR COVER!]

1. 0:00-0:23 Sounds similar to the intro to Raiden Shogun's PV, reflecting their same origin. The bird returns as a metaphor for Wanderer himself, "a fledgling barely out of the nest".
2. 0:47-0:58 The instrumentation is more or less based on the buildup in Raiden Shogun's PV (note the entry of the taiko), and the use of a repeated motif (A-Eb-G-Eb-D) is reminiscent of her theme's intro.
3. 1:01-1:30 First appearance of Shouki no Kami's phase 2 boss theme. Specifically the second part of his boss theme after the Fatui leitmotif and a pretty lengthy buildup with the soloist.
4. 1:38-1:45 Feels like it was loosely based on the theme in A Winter Night's Lazzo (Elogia Cinerosa), in particular, the chord at 1:40 reminds me of 3:35 in Elogia Cinerosa. You can also make a perfect transition from 1:45 in Wanderer's PV to 1:18 in Elogia Cinerosa because both pieces are in C minor.
5. 1:46-2:00 Second appearance of Shouki no Kami's phase 2 boss theme. Nothing much to note except the triplet spam in the background LOL
6. 2:01-2:14 We Could Get More Machinegun Psystyle! Third and last appearance of Shouki no Kami's phase 2 boss theme, representing that he is experiencing the "third act" of his life (Husk of Opulent Dreams).
7. 2:16-2:41 Ominous Fandango
