Pam Kohl was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in 2010 and her treatment lasted four-and-a-half years, more than double the length of time expected. She was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer (MBC) in 2018. Her disease has progressed and Pam is now on a second line of therapy. Eventually, she will need a third and fourth treatment for MBC, after which she will need a treatment that doesn’t exist yet. Hope lies in research for those living with MBC.
