In Chapter 5 #Webisode 12 we take a leisurely drive through rural @TourismeQuebecTQ and stumble upon a #Cheesery or #Fromagerie as we try to learn to speak some French. The owner of Phylum, a newly opened Cheesery, was actually closed but he opened up shop to show us his cheese processing facility and store front. He explained the process, that starts with his Jersey cows across the road, and then gave us a #cheesetasting, explaining as much as he could along the way. We left with some goodies to eat later and directions to a place that served authentic #Quebecois poutine. We headed on down the road to La Fromagerie Victoria. Here we learned about the different types of #Poutine that we could order and we tried really hard to use our French. We had a good but 'squeeky' lunch and learned a little more. Then it was off to get settled in to go to #QuebecCity next.
