The front squat is a fantastic exercise that builds muscle and strength in the thighs, along with superior upper back strength, while also encouraging and enhancing mobility through the lats, thoracic spine, hips, knees, and ankles! But it's big brother, the back squat, is the TRUE KING of the squat.
