This is a DIY dual reactor that I designed and built for running biopellet and any other media you can think of. Parts are easily accessible at major home repair stores and the whole thing cost me under $50 with the MJ1200 pump.
The MJ1200 pumps water out to a T connector. That then runs to a ball valve on each reactor to independently control flow rate. The water comes through the bottom and out the top back into the tank. The biopellet reactor feeds directly into the intake of the HOB protein skimmer.
