Ingredients
•2 cups of sliced strawberries
•2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
•2 1/2 tablespoons of honey
•1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Directions
1) Start by pureeing your strawberries and adding them to a pot. Next, add in your honey, lemon juice, and stir together.
2) Sprinkle the gelatin on top of your mixture, and let it sit for three minutes. Place the pan over medium heat and stir until it comes to a light boil.
3) Let your mixture sit for a couple of minutes, and then add to your molds. Once molds are filled, put them in your fridge for 3 hours.
