The Boise Police are still looking for a driver who hit 11 cars Friday night after they found the car abandoned near the Boise Depot. In Canyon County, drivers are turning more and more to an option that gets them safely home, in their own car. Karla Luckow started Buddies 2C last March, after working with Boise's designated driving service. Malheur County emergency managers have applied for a $250,000 federal grant to pay for a complete assessment of the county’s 911 system.
