While reading the comments, I found out, many viewers of News Knowledge felt curious about the surnames of Dalit caste. This information is based on documents from the National Dalit Commission and the Federal and Local Development Ministries. यसअघि नेपालका दलित जातिको जनसंख्याबारे न्युज नलेजमा एउटा भिडियो अपलोड भएको थियो । त्यो भिडियो हेरेर थुप्रै मित्रहरुले विभिन्न थरहरु कुन जातिअन्तर्गत पर्छन् भनेर कमेन्टमा सोध्नुभएको थियो । मैले आफूलाई थाहा भएको थर र जातिबारे तत्कालै जानकारी दिएको थिएँ भने थाहा नभएको थर र जातिबारे थप खोजी गरेर बताएको थिएँ । यसरी आएका कमेन्टहरु पढ्दा दलित जातिका थरहरुबारे न्युज नलेजका थुप्रै दर्शक मित्रहरुलाई जिज्ञासा रहेको महसुस भयो । तिनै जिज्ञासा मेटाउन न्युज नलेजको यो शृंखलामा नेपालका दलित जाति र तिनका थरहरुबारेको जानकारी समावेश गरेको छ । यो जानकारी राष्ट्रिय दलित आयोग र संघीय तथा स्थानीय विकास मन्त्रालयको दस्तावेजलाई आधार बनाएर तयार पारिएको हो । यो सामग्री विशुद्ध रुपमा ज्ञानका लागि तयार पारिएको हो, यसको अरु कुनै प्रयोजन छैन । भिडियोमा प्रयोग भएका शब्दहरु राष्ट्रिय दलित आयोगले आफ्नो दस्तावेजमा उल्लेख गरेको हुनाले यहाँ पनि जस्ताको तस्तै प्रयोग गरिएको छ ।
