Hello there! My name is Sissi Lu, and this is my honest attempt at taking self portraits on my film cameras. In this video, I will be showing you how I take “advance selfies” on Hasselblad 500CM, Nikon F3, and Polaroid SX-70. During the quarantine, I was very bored while trapping inside of my tiny nyc studio apartment, so I started to explore and experiment self portraits on my Hasselblad film camera. I hope by showing my raw and unfiltered process in analogue photography will somehow inspire you to take out your cameras and create more pictures.
