This is a follow-up to an earlier video made 3 years ago, inspired by hobbexp at YouTube's Swedish Bushcraft. The 3-year old video was hypothetical. Now, due to actual injuries, matchless, one-hand fire-starting is attempted, in reality. Three techniques are tried: good, old fashion "flint-and steel;" firesteel.com's "Gobspark" firesteel; and, the "Blastmatch" ferrocerium device. The dryer-lint tinder was poorly selected -- too much lint from synthetic materials. Nonetheless, there was success with all three attempts. For what it's worth...
