Tech giant Infosys is under scrutiny as it received a goods and services tax demand of 32,000 crore rupees. The demand pertains to services availed by Infosys from its overseas branches over a five-year period starting in 2017. Infosys allegedly included expenses incurred towards overseas branches as part of export invoices from India.
