The meditation is based on the Raja Yoga teachings of Brahma Kumaris and is one section of a 4-part CD entitled the "Link of Life" by Anthony Strano in BKPublications.
The meditation of Raja Yoga enables the mind and heart to focus on the original blueprints within the self and the next step, through thought , to link with the Supreme, Benevolent Source of Life. This link with the Benevolent Source, the Eternal Point of Light, is called remembrance. In the depths of meditative silence the individual remembers what it had forgotten about the self and about the Divine Source. In such remembrance awareness and the personal feeling of relationship is restored.
