Hey friends, I want to share some insight with you guys today as to why we might always feel disappointed. Not just disappointment, it could be why we always feel hurt, upset, frustrated or annoyed. Although these feelings are very normal and valid to have, I wanted to liberate myself from constantly having these feelings (especially feeling disappointment) on a daily basis. So I want to share with you guys today some of the mindset changes that I've made and how it has helped me to feel less disappointed and more likely to let things go.
Please kindly note: negative feelings are normal and valid to have - in our life, we all experience highs and lows. Sometimes though, we can tweak our responses and attitudes to have a better emotional experience. This is only my personal experience and reflection on what has helped me to become a happier person.
