as stated in the video, you're looking at one of my all-time favorite Red Dot sights, the Trijicon SRS. Unfortunately this optic has recently been discontinued by Trijicon, and so if you want one you'll probably have a hard time getting your hands on one. But I was lucky, and blessed enough to have come across a prime example for a great price, I just had to have it. I hope you enjoy the video, stand by for the full review. I've got some goodies and accessories on the way, and want to get those before I do the deep dive of the pros, cons, quirks and features of my all time favorite red dot optic.
The quick release flattop mount configuration SRS Reflex Sight from Trijicon is an unmagnified aiming device useful for close-range shooting engagements. The Sealed Reflex Sight (SRS) design uses a shorter housing to minimize the tube-effect, enabling operators to effectively use a both-eyes open shooting technique. The 1.75 MOA red dot is LED illuminated and powered by both an AA battery and a photovoltaic cell. When operating in daylight, the photovoltaic cell automatically becomes the primary power source of the SRS and helps preserve battery life. This SRS model features 1/2 MOA adjustments, manually adjustable brightness controls, quick release flattop mount, and weatherproof aircraft aluminum housing, making this reflex sight well-suited for tactical professionals and hunters alike.
