It's been four months since we first started fermenting our Apple Brandy made from the fall's apple harvest, and today we're going to open the crocks and see how the fermentation process is going! We'll be straining out the liquid from the apples and filling up some bottles with the nutrient rich cider. We want this to be like an apple kombucha drink, not so much an alcoholic beverage, but we'll see if it was successful!
