𝟏) 𝐈𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐬:
Infrequent, irregular, or prolonged menstrual cycles.
Fewer than nine periods a year, more than 35 days between periods, or abnormally heavy periods.

Elevated levels of male hormones (androgens) may result in physical signs such as excess facial and body hair (hirsutism), and occasionally severe acne and male-pattern baldness.

Enlarged ovaries that contain numerous small fluid-filled sacs (follicles) surrounding the eggs.
The ovaries might fail to function regularly.
𝟒) 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧:
Many women with PCOS experience weight gain or have difficulty losing weight.
𝟓) 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫:
Hair thinning on the scalp.
𝟔) 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬:
Darkening of the skin, particularly along neck creases, in the groin, and underneath breasts.
Skin tags in the armpits or neck area.
𝟕) 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬:
PCOS is a common cause of infertility due to irregular ovulation or anovulation.
𝟖) 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬:
Increased risk of depression, anxiety, and mood swings.
𝟗) 𝐏𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧:
Some women may experience pelvic pain.
𝟏𝟎) 𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐀𝐩𝐧𝐞𝐚:
Women with PCOS, especially those who are overweight, have an increased risk of sleep apnea.
