WARNING - THIS WORKOUT IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS OR INTERMEDIATES! This workout was my personal workout developed over the years and used as a specialty training for my clients with deficient traps! I suggest you only do this workout 1x every 14 days to help bring up a lagging body part. It is not intended for every week use as you will quickly overtrain or could hurt yourself. Even though I used this regularly it was over MANY years of brutal training and developing traps that reached my ears. Having said that, pair this down for your purposes and incorporate as much as you can! GOOD LUCK and tell me how you like it! BOOM!
Workout:
Shoulder width shrugs 4 x 12-20
Wide knurl shrugs 4 x 12-20
(Deadlifts 4 x 6 - HEAVY - alternate weeks with below combo)
Deadlift shrug combo 3 x 1 x 5 shrugs x 10
Incline drop set shrugs 3 x 10 x 3 drops
Farmer's Walk 2-4 lengths
Plate raises 4 x 12-20
Wide Knurl lateral squeeze raises 4 x 20
