A 38-year-old man has accused ACT Policing of racial profiling after he was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at his own home.
Tuck says he was sitting outside at the pool area of his complex in south Canberra last week when police arrived.
Tuck has submitted a formal complaint to police which they have confirmed has been received and is being assessed.
ACT Chief Police Media Scott Lee sat down with ABC Stateline to discuss the arrest.
