A cellphone video circulating online filled with profanity and racist remarks shows a student bullying a classmate who has special needs. The incident took place some time ago inside the cafeteria at Severna Park High School in Anne Arundel County, but it only came to light in the past few days. The school's principal sent a letter to parents, saying the student speaking in the video used words that included a racial epithet and phrases that are belittling and demeaning to a person with special needs. The student also implied a threat of harm to the victim.
