For researchers and PhD students, this is one of the most significant uploads on my YouTube channel. In this video, I'll go over how to read a research article and a survey paper in under 9 minutes when conducting a literature review, also known as a literature survey. For new PhD students, reading a research article is a demanding undertaking. There are a couple of reasons behind this. One is that the authors presume a great deal of background knowledge that most new PhD candidates lack, making the literature review challenging. Also, mathematical equations in research papers are usually provided in a condensed form and require expertise from a variety of areas. This makes conducting a literature review difficult for PhD students. You should be more productive and efficient in reading and analysing research papers now that you know the easiest technique, and writing a literature review for your PhD studies will be easier.
