Satish Kaushik, who died at the age of 66, was at Kuber Group Director Vikas Malu’s farmhouse in Delhi when he complained of uneasiness and was rushed to the hospital. He died on the way. Meanwhile, his autopsy report suggested the actor died of a heart attack.
Now Saanvi Malu is the second wife of businessman Vikas Malu wrote a letter to the Delhi Police Commissioner accusing her husband of murdering actor Satish Kaushik. In her letter, Saanvi alleged that the actor had loaned her husband Rs 15 crore and met him abroad once to get his money back. However, the two had a heated argument over it and Vikas promised to return the money to Kaushik, she claimed. In her complaint she also said, "My husband promised Kaushik that he would repay the money soon. When I asked my husband what was the matter, he said that he lost Kaushik's money during the Covid pandemic. My husband also said that he was planning to get rid of Kaushik. Saanvi further said that since the actor took ill at her husband's farmhouse, she suspected that Vikas could have poisoned him to get out of returning the money. Saanvi Malu had accused her husband, Vikas Malu, of raping her.
Police have started investigating the matter. Delhi Police have found packets of 'objectionable medicine' from the farm house. Police are now trying to find out who the medicines were meant for. It will be clear after investigation if Satish Kaushik had anything to do with it. The Delhi Police had said they were also waiting for the detailed postmortem report to know the exact cause of Satish Kaushik's death. The viscera sample has been preserved for further investigation. Apart from this, a list of people who had come to the farm house on the day of Holi is also being prepared. As per sources, 25 persons who attended the party at the farmhouse will be summoned for questioning.
Satish Kaushik’s wife Shashi Kaushik said that Satish did not loan any money to Vikas Malu. She said that there was 98% blockage in the actor’s heart which is why he died and requested Saanvi Malu to stop playing games. Shashi said Satish died of natural causes and there is no need for murder investigation.
