In this VIDEO i'm showing you how to make Seared Ribeye Steak with Garlic & Herb Butter on the Blackstone Griddle

⬇️⬇️⬇️INGREDIENTS⬇️⬇️⬇️
12 to 16 ounce Ribeye Steak (try to get one with good marbling/fat content)
BBQ rub to taste (I recommend Killer Hogs)
Kosher salt to taste
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Fresh minced garlic (about 5 cloves)
tbsp dry parsley flakes
1 stick unsalted butter
Cooking oil
You're also going to need a Blackstone Griddle or something similar. This recipe can also be done indoors in a Cast Iron pan.
