Food tracking is extremely popular today, with sites like my fitness pal and apps that make food logging as easy as taking a photo with your smartphone. I personally logged almost all of my meals for the first 15 years of my career as a bodybuilder, and so you might think I was a strong proponent for food tracking and keeping a food diary to lose weight. And in this video I am going to talk about my real world experiences with food tracking apps and why I think that logging food in myfitnesspal may not be the best solution for everyone trying to achieve their fitness goals.
