Ankle sprains are a common sports injury. Always make sure though that you get a sprain checked by a Physio before returning back to sport. They will give the right rehab exercises that will need to be done, along with taping the ankle for sport. We need to ensure that the ankle recovers all its range of movement, strength and most importantly, it's stability.
