This video is for those of you with a distal radius fracture who are wondering what happens after your cast is removed. I had surgery to install a plate with seven screws holding the broken bone together as it healed.
Five weeks after surgery, I was scheduled to have the cast off but had no idea what to expect. Some YouTube videos helped, but I thought you might like a bit more detail on how your hand might progress in the first couple of weeks.
