How to fall asleep fast? Try a guided deep sleep story for grown ups adult bedtime story.
This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation designed, like all my deep relaxation bedtime stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia.
This healing hypnosis sleep story for adults was created during my recent livestream where I create a sleep meditation live on air using ideas viewer have just given me. This story is about you walking through a park, sitting by a duck pond, imagining being a duck swimming and flying, then walking through the park and noticing the seasons changing from spring to summer, to autumn and then winter. You walk into the trees in the park and find a portal in a tree which takes you out into a land of rolling hills with high grass. Off in the distance is a palace. You head to the palace, stopping at a tree house village up in a forest. After visiting the village you continue your journey to the palace. In the palace you enter a painting and find yourself on a steam train heading around a mountain in a blizzard. The train stops at a station, you disembark and walk to a cabin. The person in the cabin invites you in. You have a warm drink, sit by the fire, notice the cat resting on a rug in front of the fire. You spend the night in the cabin. While you drift asleep you dream about the cold, about bears and penguins in the snow, feeling fortunate that you are in the warm. You awaken the next morning to the sounds of birds and the smells of a cooked breakfast. After breakfast you go and explore the nearby woodland. In the woodland, you find a door in the bottom of a fallen down tree. You walk through the door and descend steps, going deeper under the tree. You find yourself in a gently lit corridor, you walk down the corridor to a door. You walk through the door and find yourself in an attic in a house by the sea in a seaside town. You leave the house and head to the sea shore. You eat an ice-cream on the sea shore. When you get back to the house, curious how you are going to journey home, you enter the house and notice that the reflection in the mirror in the hallway seems unusual. You end up inside the mirror having passed through another portal. You find your way back to the attic, to the tunnel, to the woods. You walk back to the railway station, you go to the cafe and ask for a warm drink. You get given a chocolate teapot, you drink your drink and eat the teapot while waiting for the train. As soon as you have finished eating the teapot you find yourself back in the palace. You explore the palace and meet an Elf that lives here who explains the portals and shares the knowledge about the portals with you. After talking with the Elf, you find your way back to that pond in the park, before heading home and that night, drifting comfortably asleep.
