Follow along with Nancy and sing "Animal Farm", from "Shadow"!

"Animal Farm" is a great song for classroom themes like "Farm", "Animals", "Fall" and "Spring"...or just use this song to practise your animal sounds together. This is a "backtracking" song, like "Hello, Hello", "I Like To Make Music" and other songs by Nancy, where information is repeated, in order, to help develop memory skills.

A great song for baby, toddler and older children's music classes!

Nancy is easy to follow and the actions are simple. Get those hands moving as you curl your finger over and over, wiggle your fingers and make a "duck" out of your hand. A great extension activity would be to "play ducks" and get those hands "quacking" into a conversation. This can get pretty funny and silly for toddlers!

Once you know the pattern of this song, add your own farm animals: Chicks, sheep, goats, cats, dogs...anything you'd find on a farm. How many animals can you remember, in order?
