If you have a Samsung washing machine that won't drain because of a bad drainage code such as the Samsung Code ND, 5C, SE, SC, or SUDS code, I will show you how to drain the washer manually and a common easy fix for this problem which is just to remove and clean out the drain filter on the front of the washer. This filter should be cleaned every other month or every 40 wash cycles. This homeowner didn't know about this filter and hadn't cleaned it at all since the washer was new over 2 years ago (and hundreds of wash cycles...)
I didn't show it in the video, but it's a good idea to use the silicone grease on the rubber O-ring to clean and condition it which will help to prevent it from leaking.
The links above are for a new filter and for the recommended Silicone Sealant.
