The opposition Forum for Democratic Change President,Maj.Gen Mugisha Muntu has criticized government over its handling of an operation to arrest Rwenzururu roya guards from the palace in Kasese.
The former army commander says government did not exhaust all avenues before the attack on the palace which left more than forty dead.
He was speaking at media briefing in Jinja town
