Kettlebell Complex Circuit - I used a 20KG Kettlebell
Perform each exercise one after the other with no rest and without putting down the kettlebell for the right arm. Complete the prescribed reps and repeat right away for the left arm.
Rest for 2 minutes and complete 4-5 sets. OR Continue for 20 minute density circuit.
Snatch - 5 reps
Clean & Press
Squat - 5 reps
Swing - 5 Reps
