Here are some suggestions for healthy braces safe food ideas:
-hardboiled eggs or deviled eggs are nice and soft
-cooked veggies like broccoli and carrots, much safer than eating them raw. i've seen many broken braces from raw carrots especially.
-chicken and veggie kebobs, just take them off the skewer
-Watermelon! I love this as a healthy dessert option!
