ABOUT THIS PUPPY:
This puppy was about 5.5lbs, and she was found in the sugar cane fields in South Florida. A water plant worker found her and brought her to Clint Moore Animal hospital where I saw her on a walk-in apt. The woman could not keep her, so I took her in with our Clint Moore Rescue group. We took the ticks off of her, bathed her and found her a loving home!
This is one of many sad cases of abandoned puppies that become flea and tick infested in the environment.
Please use Flea, Tick and Heartworm preventatives on your pets to prevent them from endo and ectoparasites.
