One variation of the push kick that I use extensively is the feint push kick.
.
You feint the push kick by lifting the knee (chambering the technique) and doing half an extension of the leg.
.
It’s a bit of a flick from the chambered knee, and instead of retracting it completely on the return you thrust your hip and leg again for the full push kick.
.
It’s a really versatile feint that can lend itself into different entries to different Muay Thai techniques.
.
Do you use the feint push kick? What are you favorite techniques to use with it?
.
Thanks for watching!
